Presentation on Property

One of the leading property experts in Germany, Prof. Dr. Roland Czada, will be delivering a presentation on property in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Prof. Czada will be visiting the republic as guest of the Cyprus Turkish Economic Association.

During his presentation, Prof. Czada will provide information under which objective and framework the property issue was taken up during the unification process of Germany after 1990.

He will also give information about how much of the property was returned, compensated and exchanged as well as the laws adopted on immovable property.

The event will take place at the Acapulco Hotel in Girne on Friday the 17th October at 6:30pm.

The opening speeches of the event will be delivered by the President of the Cyprus Turkish Economic Association Dimağ Çağıner and the Director of the Goethe Institute Björn Luley.

Prof. Czada had made a similar presentation to members of the Turkish Cypriot and Greek Cypriot negotiating teams and lawyers on the 25th of April 2014.
