19^th July – Saturday	DJ Mike will be bringing you the sound of the 60’s at The O’Live Bar in Alsancak from 8pm. No fee at the door, no food, no need to book, just go along and enjoy a drink and dance the night away.
19th July – Saturday …and…20^th July – Sunday ….(Dawn Vigil)	Entertainment at Escape Beach starting at 9.30pm on the 19^th July, which is followed by the Dawn Vigil in the early hours of the morning of the 20th… This is the 40^th anniversary of the Turkish Intervention to save the Turkish Cypriots of North Cyprus…. A very emotional experience….You will need to be at Escape Beach early as parking is difficult in this area…. 6pm will be the Turkish Stars display over Girne Harbour.
20^th July – Sunday	SeAngle bar in Monteo Tea Room, Çatalköy, watch the Turkish Stars and aerial display by a pilot of a high performance jet from the Turkish Air Force flying over the sea and Girne Town at around 6pm….Make sure you book your place by calling 0533 869 3834 and the sit back and relax and enjoy the excitement with an afternoon tea, snack or beer whilst listening to appropriate music….
21^st July – Monday	NCCCT Bingo at the Pine Bay Hotel, Alsancak starting at 8pm. The rollover jackpot is now frozen at 1,200TL until it is won, well worth trying for…35TL for a book of bingo sheets and a mini Mars or Snickers Bar for winning lines or a house and of course there is the free raffle as well… Meals available if you prefer to eat before the bingo starts or for half time if ordered on arrival…Please come along to support Carole and Mike and have an enjoyable evening’s bingo…For further information contact Carole Lloyd on 0533 8600357

24^th July – Thursday	Classic film event at The Food Lodge in Catalkoy in association with the DVD Shop, Catalkoy. Starting at 8pm you can enjoy Die Hard….12TL for the film, a soft drink and popcorn. There are also hot dogs and nachos available….There will be a prize on the night for the best prop associated with the movie….To book call 0533 839 8764…
24^th July – Thursday	The GAU Faculty of the School of Performing Arts will be holding their annual Dance Fest at GAU Spectrum Hall starting at 8.30pm. Entrance is free.

25^th July – Friday This event has been cancelled. Refunds for tickets bought can be obtained at Chateau Lambousa	Friends of the TRNC Emergency Services are holdin a 1960’s Night at the Mountain View Hotel, Karaoglanoglu with Werner and his Steam Machine Disco and the fabulous Ellie with your favourite 60’s music….Tickets are 60TL which includes a delicious buffet supper and all local drinks, and can be obtained from Lambousa Saturday market or call Brenda on 0533 840 7834 or Jenny on 0533 876 1483…
