Ahmet DavutoğluTurkish Foreign Affairs Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu pointed out that ECHR’s decision concerning the Cyprus Peace Operation is non-binding and emphasized that it is mis-timed.

Ahmet Davutoğlu said: “As the comprehensive negotiations in Cyprus gain acceleration, a new process begins under the guidance of Turkey following the distinguished efforts and all attentions focus on the negotiations, to take such a decision is not proper for the psychology of the comprehensive negotiations.
