A Cup Of Conversation this week is host to Claire Morley. Claire joins us in the studio to tell us about her fascinating month working as a volunteer in Tacloban, in the Philippines.

After storms and large waves caused devastation last November, months on, many volunteers from around the world are still giving their time to help the locals rebuild their lives.

Tune in at 5pm this Saturday the 19th of April to BRT 2 TV to hear Claire’s story. The programme will be repeated on Tuesday the 22nd of April at 2.30pm. Be sure not to miss it!

For our local viewers who would like to learn more, Claire has arranged to do a talk about her experience on Monday 21st April at Monteo’s in Çatalköy at 7.30pm when there will be a charge of 10TL which again will be donated to the cause to help the locals in Tacloban.
