NCCCT Bingo – January 2014

I have always tried to give Carole Lloyd and Mike Alican support at their monthly bingo night events but unfortunately due to a back injury at the beginning of December I was still feeling a bit worse for wear so was not able to get to the January session. However, yavaş yavaş it is starting to improve and I will be sure to attend the February bingo night which is to be held on Monday 17th February at the new venue of The Pine Bay Hotel in Alsancak.

Carole has let me know the results of the bingo night on 20th January. It is a shame that only 14 people turned up but with one lady playing 2 books they were able to continue. This is a time of the year when some people are out of the country or are suffering from the effects of the winter with colds etc. so NCCCT are grateful to the dedicated people who continue to give their support.

The amount made for the charity was 165TL and some of this was from the kind donation of a player and Pine Bay for their contribution from meals served.

Let’s hope February will be back to normal with a good number of people attending. The jackpot now stands at 1000TL so all the more reason to go along and see if you will be lucky. Make a note in your diary – NCCCT Bingo Night – Pine Bay Hotel – 17th February.
