International Chocolate Day in
North Cyprus

Being somewhat of a chocoholic, this rather appeals to me! So what a good idea to support our local charity Help Those with Cancer Association (T
ulips) by all those chocolate lovers out there.
We have been advised by Carole King and Sue Tilt of Tulips that The Cacao and The Food Lodge are to support Tulips on International Chocolate Day – 27th January 2014 and this is what we can look forward to:-
The attached poster gives you all the information regarding The Cacao and what they are doing. The Food Lodge are supplying us with Chocolate Cake on that day for us to sell – we will be selling this at the top of Girne outside the 
Belediye Office.
We would like to thank The Cacao (50% of all sales of the 3 chocolate items being sold is being given to Tulips) and The Food Lodge for their support in this event.
It’s the time of year when we need to “feel good” after the Christmas and New Year festivities and what better way to “feel good” than to give yourself a chocolate treat. We are hoping that everyone will go along and buy chocolate at all The Cacao locations in the TRNC on the day, there is something priced for everyone.
I don’t think I will need much persuading as having sampled The Cacao fare previously it will be a pleasure to treat myself and of course The Food Lodge is another favourite for all of those delicious cakes they produce so, while I am putting on the inches, Tulips will be benefiting from the funds raised from this event.
