Qigong in Girne

Some years ago I attended a Qigong class in Girne which I found to be very inspiring as well as relaxing and good exercise. Chris and I also went on a weekend retreat at the Pine View complex in Buyukkonuk and we met with other people from the classes in Lefkoşa and even people who had come from Turkey so it was a very enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately now there isn’t a lot of time available due to our involvement with our website but there must be many people who would like to try this pursuit and gain from the benefit it gives.

We give below information received from Tarik Tekman regarding a new class to be established in Girne so if you are interested please contact him and join in a very friendly group.

New Qigong class in Girne

Some people from Girne showed interest in a Qigong class and I would like to learn if you would be interested in attending a Qigong class on Tuesdays 10:00-11:00 (right after the Tai Chi class). If there’s enough demand, we will do it in Dharma Yoga Shala in downtown Girne and the cost will be 30 TL/class or 100TL/4 classes. The ongoing classes at the moment are:

Mondays: 08:30 and 17:30 Tai Chi, Gonyeli

Tuesdays: 09:00 Tai Chi, Girne and 18:00 Qigong, Lefkosa
