NCCCT Bingo Night – July 2013

As can be expected in North Cyprus in July, the evening was warm and pleasant as a group of loyal supporters of NCCCT gathered together for the monthly bingo night at The Ravine in Alsancak.

There were 29 players who enjoyed a game of bingo and hoped maybe this time one of us would be the lucky winner of the 1200TL jackpot but this was not meant to be on this occasion and the elusive jackpot will be rolled over until the next bingo night on 19th August.

There was the usual free raffle with some nice prizes and some people had a meal before the bingo started and others decided to wait until half time to enjoy their supper. For the last couple of times I had decided to choose Scampi, Chips and Peas with homemade tartare sauce which is a delicious meal from the Ravine menu and at 18TL a very reasonably priced option and of course The Ravine make a contribution to the charity from all of the meals served to the players.

A really enjoyable evening which raised a total of 590TL for NCCCT.
