CESV at One Love Concert

We were not able to get to the One Love concert (Bob Marley Tribute Band) at Girne Amphitheatre on Saturday 6th July. Cyprusscene have 
been promoting the event for many months through the Events Calendar and so it was unfortunate that as the date drew closer we realised we would not be able to attend.
One thing we were pleased to see was the presence of the CESV volunteers who were out in force ready to give assistance in the event of any accidents. They really do such good work, alongside the TRNC Emergency Services, and we hope that the huge crowd of people who attended the concert were aware that these 
volunteers were there ready to help if needed.
Of course the CESV volunteers were also able to enjoy the concert as well so that was an added bonus for the time they give to be at all types of functions where they may be needed in an emergency.
The One Love Concert was organised by the Children in Need Foundation to raise funds for their charity projects
