BRT began the summer season on Monday 10th June with some changes to their Radio and TV programme schedules. BRT Family is now known as BRT 2 TV and A Cup of Conversation and Vox Pop TV shows have been re-scheduled as below.

This coming week, my guests in the new studio of A Cup of Conversation are Heran Çiftçi, President of the Franco-Turkish Cypriot Cultural Association. Next to her is Stephanie Corbel, the Vice President of the group.

We talk about the association and their activities including the forthcoming Music Day on Wednesday 19th of June. To find out how these ladies build bridges between the TRNC and France, tune in this Tuesday 18th June at 12.10pm to BRT 2 TV.

On Monday 17th June at 12.10pm Cyprus time on Vox Pop, my colleague Engin Dervişağa will be speaking to Ayten Huseyin who  has a shop in the Bandabulya Lefkoşa where she sells hand-made products, knitwear for example and hand-made jewellery, handbags jumpers, teddy bears etc

Now this sounds like an interesting opportunity to have a look at what’s on offer before having a nice day out with a  visit to the Lefkoşa Bandabulya
