VISIT TO LAPTA NURSING HOME BY
GAU PRE-SCHOOL TEACHING STUDENTS

More news from Girne American University which is constantly working towards projects to bring communities together, irrespective of 
age and nationality, and pre-school teaching students and staff have recently visited the Lapta Nursing Home under their Community Services Practice Course.
This is the information we have received:
Projects are being undertaken by GAU Pre-School Teaching students and Teaching staff, Aytaç Dilek, under the Community Services Practice course to serve all parts of society.
GAU Pre-School Teaching students have 
performed a concert and distributed their self-prepared foods to the elderly. The Lapta Nursing Home residents enjoyed the day despite the generation gap.
Aytaç Dilek has emphasized that those people who have served the community and handed over their baton to the young generation must not ever be forgotten. Dilek concluded his words by underlining that similar activities are indeed significant for building up the awareness of the younger generation.
