NCCCT Bingo – March

This month’s NCCCT Bingo evening was held on Monday 18th March and we were so pleased to see that there was a larger attendance this time at The Ravine in Alsancak to support Carole Lloyd and Mike Alican who do so much to help this charity.

It was nice to see some familiar faces and new ones and after ordering our drinks and half-time supper we settled down to start the games.   There were 25 players this month and there were soon shouts of “line” or “house” but the elusive jackpot of 1,200TL was not won this time and so it will be carried forward to the next bingo night which will be held on 15th April.  There were three of us playing and none of us had any luck that night but there is always next month and the jackpot is still up for grabs.

We had ordered the famous Ravine fish and chip supper and this was thoroughly enjoyed half way through the evening.

There is always a free raffle and this time my sister won 2 bars of chocolate but as she is not a chocoholic she gave one to me and one to a staff member so that was nice for us.

The total raised for NCCCT from the bingo night was 375TL.
