Qigong & Tai Chi Energy Weekend

Some years ago I spent an energy weekend in the Karpaz area where we practiced Qigong and had a very relaxing time with people who also enjoy this type of discipline. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to join Tarik for his forthcoming energy weekend but I am sure there are many people who would like to have this opportunity and the details are as follows:-

The weekend will be from 10am on Saturday 23rd March to 5pm on Sunday 24th March and will be spent in the beautiful atmosphere of Balcı Plaza between Yeni Erenköy (Yialousa) and Dipkarpaz (Riso Karpaso).

There will be sightseeing on Sunday during the lunch break and all meals except the Sunday lunch will be at Balcı Plaza.

Accommodation will be in shared rooms in bungalows with 1 or 2 rooms. The cost is 280TL (130 euro) per person in a twin room, which includes 2 days of Qigong and Tai Chi practice. Saturday night accommodation, Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast and lunch. 50% deposit will be required to reserve a place and the balance will be due by 15th March.

This is sure to be a lovely weekend away, the weather should be much improved and what could be better than some gentle relaxing exercise on the beach and having the opportunity of meeting new people from other areas.
