The grand draw for the Golden Heart Raffle in aid of Help Those with Cancer Association (Tulips) will be held between 10am and 12 noon so be there for the announcement of the lucky winning tickets, there are some fabulous prizes and there is still time to purchase tickets from the outlets shown at the beginning of this calendar.  Carole & Sue will be there selling tea, coffee and cakes to raise even more for their very worthwhile cause.

Vicki will be holding a 50th birthday party for her husband Unal from 7pm at The Black Olive Cafe in Alsancak.  Everyone is welcome.

The Black Olive Cafe, Incesu (Alsancak) will be starting a new class from 2pm to 3pm of Yoga with Yesim Ozbalci a Yoga Alliance qualified yoga teacher. Take a mat band and blocks if you have them.  The first class is free.

The Black Olive Cafe, Incesu (Alsancak) will be starting a new class from 7pm to 8 pm of Egyptian & Turkish belly-dance and Arabic flamenco fusion while keeping fit and losing weight.  Shifan is a dance teacher from the UK who has taught belly-dance for 11 years in the UK and TRNC.  The first class is free.  For further information see article – click here.

The Olive Press will be holding a Tulips Charity Night for Help Those with Cancer Association (Tulips). 7.30 for 8pm.   This will be a night of fun, laughter and brain teasing with a ‘Spot the intro ..’ quiz which will be divided into 5 categories.  The event is open to non-members as well as members.  There will also be a mini auction on the night.

NCCCT

The Weakest Link will be held at the Bella View Hotel, Bellapais.  There are 9 contestants who will all appear in fancy dress and the evening will be in aid of SPOT.  The cost is 45TL per person which includes a meal.

The Anglo Turkish Association will be holding their Annual General Meeting starting at 10am at Club Z, Girne.  Members need to have valid membership to be able to vote.

NCCCT

The NCCCT coffee morning will be held at The Rocks Hotel in Girne.  Another lovely venue for this event and a treat not to be missed.

This will be the 3rd Esentepe Fun Run and will be in memory of George Roper who died in 2012 and was the instigator of the original event to raise funds for Help Those with Cancer Association (Tulips). Look out for more information in the New Year on this website.
