Gastronomic Delights at the GAU
Having been to the Girne American University campus a number of times, I have seen some of the important aspects of this centre of education 
and international bonding and reading of their latest project to partner with Paul Bocuse for Gastronomic Education I was reminded of an earlier time when I viewed the work of many chefs at the GAU Millennium Centre and to whet your appetite of the delights that may perhaps be found at GAU again in the future please see the slideshow below.
