Will they, won’t they?
The Troika team has arrived in Cyprus for discussions with the Greek Cypriot administration about the request for a financial bailout.
It was reported that the Troika delegation was at the Finance Ministry to thrash out the extent of public sector cuts required in return for much needed financial aid and will be staying in Cyprus until next week to establish if an agreement can be reached.
