Gülsin Onay at Bellapais Abbey

Starting at the age of three, Gülsin Onay gave her first public piano recital on Turkish Radio when she was only six. With the aid of a special state scholarship she studied with Ahmed Adnan Saygun and Mihat Fenman before going on to study at the Paris Conservatoire where she graduated at the age of sixteen winning the prestigious “Premier Prix du Piano”.

Gülsin Onay has had a truly international career which has spanned 68 countries and now she is coming to North Cyprus to share her love of music with us at the International Music Festival.

Gülsin’s concert will be at the Bellapais Abbey on Friday 12th October starting at 20.30pm.
