Friends of the TRNC Emergency Services (112) Tea Talk at 3pm at The Mountain View Hotel. The speaker will be Steve Sydenham who will be giving a talk called Racing for Britain and will be about his experiences with Formula 1. To book telephone Brenda Plant on 0533 840 7834. Carpenters Market will resume. There will be an exhibition of original paintings by Pam Schofield and Pam Kennedy together with her ceramics. There is an end of season clothes sale and a new stall selling “doggy” items. If anyone wants to have a stall at the market, these are free of charge. The Children in Need Foundation will be holding a Supper Club Event at the Colony Garden with entertainment by Diane Shaw, a top UK Soul Singer. There will be a 3-course meal and drinks are included. Tickets are £45 or 125TL per head and will be available from the Colony Garden Reception from the 24th August.
