KAR Summer Fund-raising Lunch at the Midsummer House Restaurant
Kyrenia Animal Rescue will be holding a summer fund-raising lunch at the Midsummer House Restaurant in Çatalköy on 26th September. The event will commence at 1pm and tickets are 35TL per person and are available at the KAR stall at Lambousa Market on Saturdays or from the KAR office. I am sure that this will be a first class event and by the time it is held the weather should have cooled down at least a few degrees so after the long hot summer it will be nice to be able to be able to catch up with friends and acquaintances and start doing our usual thing of helping our charitable causes. The animals have probably suffered from the heat as much as we have and some extra TLC is probably urgently needed so why not go along and support KAR in their endless task of helping the animals of North Cyprus.
What could be nicer than a good lunch, good company, a raffle and especially a feeling of helping.
